Refund Policy
The short version: cancel before your trial ends and you pay nothing. After that, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires it, and cancelling stops future charges.
Free trial
Your 7-day trial is free. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything. Before you start, we show you the exact cancel-by date, and we email you a reminder before the trial ends.
Payments
- You can cancel at any time, and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- We don't refund payments, partial months or unused time, except where the law requires it or this policy says otherwise. We may refund a payment in other cases at our discretion.
- A full refund cancels the subscription straight away and ends access.
When we refund
- Charged by mistake: duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled, are refunded in full.
- If we end things early: if we stop the Service, significantly reduce what you're paying for, or close your account without you having done anything wrong, we refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.
Cooling-off and withdrawal rights
If you're a consumer in the EU, the UK or another place that gives you a legal right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase, you keep that right. In the EU and UK it lasts 14 days from the start of your subscription (including the free trial). Your subscription is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, so Link, as the seller, handles statutory withdrawals and any refund the law requires.
To withdraw:
- contact Link through link.com or support.link.com, or
- use our withdrawal form, or email support@sketchysystems.dev from the address on your account, and we'll pass your request on to Link.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, and Link emails you the refund notice.
Other questions
Email support@sketchysystems.dev from the address on your account. As the seller, Link may also refund a payment itself in some cases; you can contact Link support through link.com.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'd rather fix it straight away, and disputes take much longer for everyone.
If someone repeatedly subscribes and asks for refunds to get free use, we may decline further subscriptions from them. This doesn't affect any refund the law entitles you to.
