We'll pass your request on to Link, which processes statutory withdrawals as the seller, including any refund the law requires to your original payment method, and emails you about it. Once a payment is fully refunded, the subscription is cancelled and access to the simulator ends.
Only want to stop future charges? Cancel your subscription instead: you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the Refund Policy. Questions? support@sketchysystems.dev
